Hi, I’m Lucy and I guide yoga classes in Valencia.

I have a deep respect for the wealth of the yoga tradition with my practice incorporating āsana (physical postures), bandha (locks), prānāyāma (breathing exercises), mudrā (hand gestures), mantra, meditation and devotion.

I would love to share this with you.

When the body feels that it is safe, it relaxes. In my classes I offer a range of different options for each action, tailoring the practice to you and where you’re at – and not the other way around.

I will gently and lovingly guide you through the practice, paying the utmost respect to where your physical, emotional and energetic bodies are at in the present moment.

I offer classes in both English and Spanish so you can practise in the language you’re most comfortable with.

A respectfully-guided kundalinī-yoga class with a kriyā to get the energy flowing through your body.

Yoga x guys

A class for men who want to practise yoga in a non-judgmental and friendly environment.

Gentle yoga & meditation

A relaxing class in which you’ll discover different meditation techniques and relieve tension in the physical body with a gentle postural practice.

I love yoga, nature and walks.

I started going to yoga classes when I was 18 as my doctor told me I needed to learn to manage my stress. Yoga classes have been a constant in my routine since then, but in recent years my practice has transformed my life from within – I now strive to live from a place of truth, of love and of dedication.

I’m originally from the UK and have been living in Valencia for 8 years.
